What types of events do you cater?
We serve weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, tailgates, community events and private parties across Central and East Alabama.
What are your guest minimums and capacity?
The Dough Wagon Experience has a 50-guest minimum, and drop-off catering has a 25-guest minimum. Overall capacity depends on the menu, service style, venue access and event timeline.
Can I customize the menu or discuss dietary needs?
Yes. We offer chef-led menu planning. Share dietary needs and restrictions during proposal planning so we can recommend appropriate options.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and large events, we recommend contacting us at least 6–8 weeks in advance. Popular dates may require more notice.
What access and venue requirements do you need?
We require venue access at least 2.5 hours before service. The venue must allow mobile food service, propane/open-flame equipment and generator use when required.
What additional fees may apply?
The Dough Wagon Experience includes a $500 setup and breakdown fee and a 20% service charge. Applicable taxes, travel, drop-off fees, rentals and venue requirements may be additional.
