​Jason and Marie McGarry met while working as chefs at Daufuskie Island Resort in South Carolina and have spent more than two decades building a life around food and hospitality. Jason leads the savory side; Marie, originally from the Philippines, brings her pastry artistry to every celebration. Together, they created Malt & Fire to serve Pike Road, Montgomery, and Central Alabama with chef-driven food and genuine hospitality.
